Ive never played football before. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Many of our members had not played football for years, and some had never played before. Walking football is designed to be enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
What age do I need to be?

Our club is specifically designed for adults aged 30 and over. We are also looking to enter teams into the Worcestershire Walking Football League. These teams will be over 50 and over 60.
When and where do you train?

Training takes place every Wednesday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm at Colmers Farm School, Rubery, B45 9NY.
What should I bring?

Wear whatever clothes you feel comfortable playing in. Colmers require players to wear Moulded Stud Football Boots (Astro turf trainers, metal studs or trainers are NOT permitted).
How much does it cost?

Training is £5 per session. However, new players can have their first training session for FREE after registering their interest with the link below or on our homepage.

Do you play matches against other teams?

We are currently in the process of getting new players to join the club, with the goal of building an over 50s and over 60s team to enter the Worcestershire Walking Football league. Occasional friendlies are played.
Is walking football really walking?

Walking football follows modified rules designed to make the game safer and more accessible. Running is not permitted, and some competitions have restrictions on ball height and physical contact. Refer to the WFA Laws Of The Game PDF below for more information.
